1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoEdit ("Service"), operated by Eleven Percent ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AutoEdit is an AI-powered auto-editing plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro. The Service analyzes audio from your video projects to generate edit decisions, including silence removal, filler word detection, chapter generation, and other editing automation. Video files never leave your machine. Only audio is uploaded for processing.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use AutoEdit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
AutoEdit offers subscription plans with usage-based limits. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content. Audio uploaded for processing is used solely to provide the Service and is deleted after processing is complete. We retain no rights to your content. The AutoEdit plugin, website, and all associated software, trademarks, and materials are the property of Eleven Percent.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that edit decisions will be suitable for your specific needs. AI-generated edit suggestions should always be reviewed before final use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleven Percent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
