1. Overview
Eleven Percent ("Company", "we", "us") operates AutoEdit ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
2. Data We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store passwords in plain text.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. Stripe collects and processes your payment details in accordance with their privacy policy.
Audio Data
When you use AutoEdit, audio is extracted from your project and uploaded to our servers for processing. Video never leaves your machine. Audio files are stored temporarily in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are automatically deleted after processing is complete. We do not use your audio data for training AI models.
Usage Data
We collect usage metrics such as job count, processing minutes used, and feature usage to enforce subscription limits and improve the Service.

- To improve the Service based on usage patterns
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your content (audio, transcriptions, or edit results) for advertising or AI training purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate AutoEdit:
- Stripe - payment processing and subscription management
- Cloudflare R2 - temporary encrypted storage for audio files and results
- ElevenLabs - audio transcription (Scribe v2)
- Anthropic (Claude) - AI-powered content analysis for edit decisions
- Railway - application hosting
Each third-party service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Audio sent to ElevenLabs and Anthropic is used solely for processing your request and is not retained by these services for training purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Audio files: deleted after processing is complete
- Processing results (JSON): cached for up to 30 days, then deleted
- Generated XML files: cached for up to 7 days, then deleted
- Account data: retained while your account is active
- Job history: retained for subscription limit enforcement
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We use referral tracking cookies (60-day duration) for our Creator Program. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (argon2id), and secure cloud storage. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data and account
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time

9. Children
AutoEdit is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
