Creator Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The AutoEdit Creator Program ("Program") is an affiliate program operated by Eleven Percent ("Company", "we", "us"). By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to these Creator Program Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Approval

You must have an active AutoEdit account and be at least 18 years old to apply. All applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Referral Links and Attribution

Upon approval, you receive a unique referral link. When a new user clicks your link, a tracking cookie is set for 60 days. If that user signs up and subscribes within the cookie window, the referral is attributed to you. Only the first referral link clicked is credited (first-touch attribution).

4. Commission Structure

• Commission rates are determined by your assigned tier
• You earn commission on every payment made by your referred subscribers for the lifetime of their subscription
• Commission is calculated as a percentage of the payment amount (before taxes and fees)
• Your tier is recalculated based on your total earnings over a rolling 90-day period
• As your rolling earnings increase, you are automatically promoted to higher tiers with better rates; if your rolling earnings decrease, you may be moved to a lower tier
• Tier thresholds, commission rates, and the evaluation period are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Hold Period and Payouts

• All earnings are held for 30 days (Net-30) to account for refunds, chargebacks, and fraud
• After the hold period, earnings become available for payout
• The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD
• Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect to your connected bank account
• You are responsible for completing Stripe onboarding and providing valid banking details
• You are responsible for all taxes owed on your earnings

6. Promotion Guidelines

You may promote AutoEdit through:

• Social media posts, stories, and videos
• YouTube videos and descriptions
• Blog posts and newsletters
• Any platform where your audience is present

You may not:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about AutoEdit
• Use paid advertising that bids on our brand terms (e.g. "AutoEdit", "Eleven Percent")
• Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive practices
• Use cookie stuffing, click injection, or other fraudulent attribution methods
• Refer yourself or use fake accounts to generate referrals
• Imply official endorsement, partnership, or employment by Eleven Percent unless agreed in writing

7. Fraud Detection and Enforcement

We monitor referral activity for fraudulent patterns including self-referrals, fake accounts, click manipulation, and unusual conversion patterns. If fraud is detected, we may freeze your earnings, reverse commissions, and suspend or permanently remove you from the Program without notice. Frozen earnings from fraudulent activity will not be paid out.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, inactivity, or at our discretion with 30 days notice. You may leave the Program at any time. Upon termination, any available (non-frozen) earnings will be paid out if they meet the minimum payout threshold. Future commissions from existing referrals will cease.

9. Relationship

You are an independent participant in the Program, not an employee, contractor, or agent of Eleven Percent. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

10. Changes to the Program

We may modify the Program terms, commission rates, tier thresholds, hold periods, and payout minimums at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice via email. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
